Members in Staffordshire who also have a Local Government Pension, in addition to the Police Pension, should know of the changes taking place on 3rd November 2025 which affect access to their pension account.
On Monday 3 November 2025, the portal will move to a new and improved platform which will offer a more modern, user-friendly experience, enhanced security, and easier access to information on your pension built up with Staffordshire Pension Fund.
The new portal will still be accessed via the Staffordshire Pension Fund website. However, when first logging into the new platform you will be required to follow a quick registration process to maintain access to your online account. A registration tutorial video will be available on the login page for assistance when accessing the new portal.
Staffordshire Pension Fund will send further communications to you once the new portal goes live. This will include instructions on how to “Create an account” on the new system.
Please note that in the new portal, you will need to login in with your own email address rather than a separate username. This means that you will be required to use a unique email address to complete the set-up of your account.
